Returns & Exchanges
At Studio79 India we offer hassle free returns and exchanges for unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery.
Returns will be accepted if:
- The issue is brought to our notice within 7 days of receipt of the package
- The item is unopened, unused & unworn
- The item still has original packaging attached
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The issue is raised after 7 days of receiving your order
- The item has been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Original packaging is missing
Return or Exchange condition:
Cost of return shipping for manufacturing defects is covered, otherwise it is borne by the customer. Return charges, if any, will be notified once return is initiated.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
We care deeply about the carbon footprint of our activities and request you to be considerate to the environment while making or returning online purchases.
Studio79 India holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection.
